I had the wrong tooth pulled using their diagnosis. After spending $89, I had to have two teeth pulled, to get the correct one. Fourteen days of pain waiting to get correct one. Now I need two implants instead of one. Customer service was absent and never called back. Be careful where you go. They were going to refer to a dentist, to have my tooth pulled for $800 Affordable denture in Columbia Mo, did this service for $225. Highly recommended,.

Dr Ericcson talked to me at length. He is personal and professional. He tells you each step he is doing. He seeks your opinions. I've never run into a dentist who did this or inspired my confidence. Chris was a great and gentle hygienist. Marge and other pretty lady were reassuring and happy folks. Tina in the office fixed me up with appointment to get 3 teeth pulled in Wentzville next day which was done today with no problems. She was also very helpful explaining insurance and costs to me. I have anxiety attacks and I was scared but I'm not anymore since they were so good with me. I'm sold on my new dentist and his team. I couldn't be happier. I kept putting this off but I feel I'm on my way to true dental health now. I think my treatment was first rate!
CALLED AND MADE AN APT I HAVE INSURANCE WITH MY DAD SO THEY NEEDED TO VERIFY HIS DOB I GAVE HER HIS DOB 4/23/63 I EVEN ASKED MY MOTHER WHILE ON THE PHONE IF IT WAS CORRECT SHE SAID YES.. THE LADY (SUSAN) ON THE PHONE SAID WE HAVE SOMEONE HERE IN OUR SYSTEM WITH 4/13/63 SO MY DAD HAD TO CALL AND VERIFY , I GET THERE TO MY APT AND I SAID DID MY DAD CALL SHE SAYS YEA U GAVE ME THE WRONG DOB I SAID NO MA;AM HIS DOB IS 4/23/63 SHE SAID NO ACTUALLY YOU SAID 4/13/63 AND GOT VERY LOUD WITH ME... I WILL NEVER RETURN THERE EVERYONE THERE IS STUCK UP AND RUDE AND YELL AT SOMEONE THAT IS PAYING THEM FOR NOT EVEN DOING ANYTHING FOR THEM... I WILL BE TELLING EVERYONE WHEN THEY ASK ABOUT THEM JUST WHAT KIND OF PLACE THIS WAS
