The company should stand behind their sales longer then 2 days. So they just took our money and gave us nothing in return but a piece of equipment that does not work.
They are stating company policy - No returns after 48 hours.
This was not enough time to know that the drill batteries was not taking the charge. We tried charging the batteries over a few days and thought the batteries was charged. Took the drill to a few job and it did not work.
I have come to the conclusion that you get very little for items that you pawn or sell here, but they want high dollar for the crap they sell. Don't feel like I've gotten a fair deal here ever.
I am very disappointed in the service I received from the company. They sold our company a drill that does not work and would not take it back nor give credit for the purchase.
