Only went there once when the shop was first opening. I have extremely long hair and was looking for a simple trim. The employee spent the entire time complaining about how ugly my hair is and telling me what I need to stop doing.

This was the first time I had gotten my hair cut in 3 years because I had my hair shaved for a brain surgery. I was extremely nervous to go in and have my"new" hair trimmed after being bald for so long. After thirty minutes of her complaining about my "hideous" hair, I finally stopped responding and defending myseld. I was absolutely appalled and embarrassed at the nerve of this employee, tipped her, and never went back.
