Terrible, I had the displeasure of dealing with one of their agents Jan brown. She would tell us that we would be kept updated, but we found our self constantly calling her for information on the closing only to find out hours before we were to hand over the keys that the buyer couldn't get approved for funding. Then when we finally got a hold of her to hear this she acted like she had come in early and called us when it was noon. Ridiculous, I am assuming that if our property were worth more she would do a better job, maybe. Also I might add that she definitely did not prepare the contract as agreed upon. I don't know if this is how the entire team runs its business, but I will assure you that I will be seeking other companies to help me with finding a new home and selling my property! 0 stars
